Liva Fokrote is the head and lecturer of BPI Pastoral program. In 2008 Liva together with P. Sprogis and C. Kelley started BPI and has participated in forming several BPI initiatives. Since 2011 she also is the head of BPI library. Liva has MA in Baltic philology and two MAs in theology, from George Fox Theological Seminary (USA) and Latvia University as well as highest professional education in translation. Right now Liva studies in PhD program at Latvia University Theology Faculty.
