BPI DRAFTS 2013
We are not looking for the perfect ones, but the ones that are called
We are not looking for the comfortable ones but rather the courageous
We are not looking for those who are precocious but rather responsible
We are not looking for consumers but for those who want to be sent!
Learning through Experiencing. Men gain knowledge and test it in various practical tasks. Their performance is assessed in the light of this knowledge.
Ministry Succession. Men can join a mentoring program, which fosters their character and competence development throughout the year.
Men learn such topics as:
What is the Gospel?
How to live in the Gospel?
How to proclaim the Gospel?
How to understand your calling and live according to it?
Men practice the knowledge learned in Level 1. Theoretical training is followed by practicum in a church or church plant. Mentors are present and minister together with the participants.
For men who have participated in Levels 1 and 2 and are able to gather a team of 3-5 people for this camp. Teams participate in theoretical training and practicum. They learn about ministry, purpose, delegation and roles on a team. During the practicum the team leaders are responsible for everything, including ministry with a purpose and practical issues. Each team has a mentor who observes and prays for them as well as encourages the leader.
